What is an Untied Two-step Loan?

The Untied Two-step Loan is a loan that does not require the procurement of equipments and materials from Korea. An individual loan is utilized within the limited amount and conditions set under the credit line.

Loans for the KRC can be provided for 1) the purchase and installation of equipments and machinery, 2) any other strategic or productive investment, and 3) its general working capital requirements and productive investment.

Loans for the TC can be provided for the TC¡¯s supply of goods and services to KRC or the TC¡¯s purchase of goods and services from the KRC.

Interest Rate
    • - Floating Rate : LIBOR + Margin
    • - Fixed Rate : SWAP + Margin

Repayment
  • Lump-sum or equal semiannual installments
  • Lump-sum or equal semiannual installments

  • USD, EUR, Other hard currencies, Local currency

* KRC (Korea Related Company): Any local company in which Koreans hold no less than 10% of the total stocks or equity shares

* TC (Transacting Company): Any local company having business relations with a KRC
