□ Trade Finance magazine stated, “The transaction received strong support from KEXIM, … even amidst one of the toughest market conditions while committed and experienced parties lead the deal. This cross border M&A, ECA-covered deal, which is highly complex and one of the first of its kind involving KEXIM-covered and KEXIM-funded facilities, also shows the forward looking nature of KEXIM.”
□ According to a representative of KEXIM, “KEXIM will actively support cross border M&As in the field of future growth engines, fundamental and core technologies, and green growth."
