Corporate Credit to Korean Overseas Subsidiary

KEXIM Bank (UK) extends loans to those companies owned, or partly owned by Korea institutions for equipment purchases and/or the provision of working capital.

The Bank can provide loans on a bilateral or syndication basis, depending upon the customers need and the Bank’s risk
management policies.

Either floating interest rates (Libor + Margin) or fixed interest rates (Swap Rate + Margin) are available. The applicable margin is set depending upon creditworthiness of the customer and security provided.
Repayment periods and profiles are determined on a case by case basis within maximum period of ten (10) years for equipment purchases and three (3) years for working capital.
