History

Korea Eximbank's existence in Hong Kong dates back to 1978, when it opened a representative office. In 1998, KEXIM ASIA LIMITED was established by Korea Eximbank as a subsidiary in Hong Kong and closed its operation in 2001 due to the Asian financial crisis, turning into the representative office again. In June 2004, "KEXIM ASIA LIMITED" was re-established.
