□ In light of this, the Bank is determined to nurture 50 global green industry exporters of which, 10 companies are hoped to become leading players in the green industry and 40 are hoped to become green Korean hidden champions, each with over USD 300 million in export volume..

□ In addition, Korea Eximbank plans to provide Korean companies with comprehensive, non-stop support services including project identification, financial advisory services, and financing arrangements for entry into overseas markets.

○ As part of such efforts, the Bank will organize and operate a preparatory T/F in order to form an operations group. During the first half of the year, the Bank will establish the operations group and financial advisory office under the direct control of the first vice president to provide new financial services.

○ In addition, Korea Eximbank will hire overseas IB professionals for advisory services and share knowledge in overseas project financing through secondment programs with domestic financial institutions to help strengthen their capabilities.

□ Korea Eximbank has also established a bank-wide, systematic channel of communication participated by all the staff members of the Bank including the bank president, to actively prepare for changing trends and needs of the green industry and companies.

· President: twice-a-month visit to companies (visits made to customer corporations in four regions including Ulsan)
· Executive Directors: six forums on overseas market development and 80 visits to companies (28 visits made so far this year)
· Working Levels: strategic conferences on winning contracts for 35 enterprises and information sessions on PF for 4 companies

○ Furthermore, Korea Eximbank has decided to hold council meetings with foreign investment banks and forums with international law firms on a regular basis and is scheduled to host an international conference on June 23 with approximately 50 institutions, including investment banks from developed nations, international development organization, world export credit agencies, etc. In doing so, the Bank will seek strategies for financial cooperation in the green industry.
