MOU Concluded with KLCA and KOSDAQCA

□ On May 25, Korea Eximbank (www.koreaexim.go.kr, Chairman Yong Hwan Kim) concluded an MOU with Korea Listed Companies Association (Chairman Seung Bok Park*) and KOSDAQ Listed Companies Association (Chairman Hag Young Roh**) to strengthen support for listed medium-sized companies expanding into overseas markets.

□ With the MOU, Korea Eximbank plans to share information, develop companies expanding into overseas markets, revitalize business training, and exchange human resources between the two associations.

□ Based on the Bank’s expertise in fostering Hidden Champions and financing large-scale overseas projects, Korea Eximbank also plans to provide customized financing and consulting services for potential Hidden Champions and listed companies looking to expand into major overseas green and new growth industries.
○ The Bank also plans to conduct public relations activities, training programs, and seminars for overseas market expansion.

□ Chairman Kim stated, “Financial competitiveness, on par with the level of advanced countries, is required for large-scale overseas project orders. The Bank will support policy financing linked with retail banking to provide Korean medium-sized companies a competitive advantage in overseas orders.”

□ The signing ceremony at Bank headquarters was attended by Korea Eximbank Chairman Kim, KLCA Chairman Seung Bok Park, KOSDAQCA Chairman Hag Young Roh, KLCA Executive Vice Chairman Jin Seok Suh, and KOSDAQCA Executive Vice Chairman Won Sik Kim.
