Five projects supported by The Export-Import Bank of Korea (www.koreaexim.go.kr, Chairman Lee Duk-hoon, “Korea Eximbank”) received “Deal of the Year 2013” awards from the international finance magazine Trade Finance.

Trade Finance is a monthly magazine specializing on export-import finance published by Euro Money, the world-renowned financial news publication. It confers annual awards to select deals that represent excellence in project financing.

The five award-receiving projects whose financing Korea Eximbank helped to structure are Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah South Thermal Power Project, Vietnam’s Nghi Son Refinery Project the US Sabine Pass LNG Project, Saudi Arabia’s Sadara Petrochemical Project, and a ship financing package for UK’s Seadrill.
