On March 21, 2023, the State Bank of Vietnam issued Official Letter No. 1913/NHNN-TTGSNH on the establishment of a representative office in Hanoi of KEXIM VLC.

On 05/04/2023, the Department of Planning and Investment has granted KEXIM VLC the Certificate of Operation Registration of Representative Office No. 0301210836-001. 

Accordingly, KEXIM VLC was approved for the establishment of a representative office in Hanoi with the following contents:
  - Full name in English: KEXIM VIETNAM LEASING COMPANY LIMITED HANOI REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE
  - Address: Room O2501-6 and O2501-7, 25th Floor, Landmark 72 Tower, Block E6, Cau Giay New Urban Area, Me Tri Ward, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi City, Vietnam 

It is expected that KEXIM VLC's Hanoi representative office will be opened on 19/05/2023.
