What is finance leasing?

Finance leasing is a type of middle and long-term credit facility which is for purchasing machinery and vehicle (leased asset).

Finance leasing company (Lessor) holds the ownership of the leased assets during lease period.

The customer (Lessee) pays the lease rent (monthly or quarterly) including principal, VAT (Value Added Tax) and interest during the lease term.

After termination of the lease project, the ownership of Leased asset will be transferred to the Lessee.
