Notice Concerning Change of LIBOR Cessation Effective Date

The ICE Benchmark Administration Limited (“IBA”) and the Financial Conduct Authority of UK (“FCA”) announced on 5 March 2021 that the cessation date for five USD LIBOR settings (Overnight and 1, 3, 6 and 12 Months) was extended from 1 January 2022 to 1 July 2023, while other USD LIBOR settings (1 Week, 2 Months) and four other currency (GBP, EUR, JPY, CHF) settings in all tenors would cease from 1 January 2022 as previously announced.
